Adams County is located on the northern tier of the Denver metropolitan area, approximately 15 minutes from downtown, and is considered the most diverse metro area county in terms of mixed use characteristics and demographics. The southern and eastern parts of the county are predominantly industrialized, and the northwestern, more heavily populated part of the county mainly consists of office/business parks with a high technology complexion.
