Bohlings
accepts returns and exchanges of garments within 30 days of
purchase.
Bohlings will refund or exchange
unused garments which are fit
for resale.
If you wish to return an item
within 30 days of your purchase,
please contact Bohlings
via
e-mail or telephone 800-922-3533 before returning the garment.
We will provide you with an "Exchange/Return
Authorization" containing information and directions. This
authorization assures that your request is handled quickly and
assures that your credit card is properly credited or charged in a
timely manner.
When returning an item to
Bohlings within 30 days of purchase, contact Bohlings for an
"Exchange/Return Authorization" and include the authorization
inside your return package along with your
Order Number and
complete Name, Address,
Telephone Number and E-mail Address. Please package the
garment in
a sturdy box to protect from damage and ship via UPS or USPS. We
recommend you insure the package for its value in the event it does
not reach us. We are not responsible for a return shipment that does
not reach us.

"Exchange/Return Authorization" you receive from Bohlings.

There is a
15% restocking fee for all returns.
There is a
10% restocking fee for exchanges, plus shipping and handling charges
to ship back to you. Bohlings will charge the credit card you used
to purchase the original items. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable
with returns or exchanges.
Returned items
will not be accepted if worn, washed or
mistreated. Special Order, embroidered, altered, or hemmed
garments are not returnable.
We do not refund the cost of shipping or
handling, only the purchase price minus the restocking fee.
No
C.O.D. or collect shipping returns are accepted.
Returns
covered by a manufacturer's warrantee: If you wish to
return a garment because of a defect, please contact Bohlings
via
e-mail or telephone (800) 922-3533 before returning the garment.
We may provide you with special instructions and directions from the
manufacturer.
